Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?

Most pieces are available in two length options within each size. Customized sizing is also possible, though custom pieces are final sale. Please message us first—some adjustments may carry a small additional fee depending on your request.

How long is the processing time?

Processing time depends on the item. Ready-made pieces ship quickly, while made-to-order and bespoke garments require more time. We strive to process every order as efficiently as possible to get your piece to you sooner. Each listing includes the estimated timeline.

Can I rush an order?

Rush orders are generally not offered, as prioritizing one order over others can affect fairness and quality. Every piece is made with care, ensuring the same attention for all clients. For pressing deadlines, message us—we will do our best to accommodate. Rush service itself is not charged, though faster shipping can be arranged as an additional option.

Where do you ship from?

Sūtura is a Canadian brand, designed by a Canadian designer. All pieces are designed, made, and shipped directly from our studio in the Philippines. International delivery is available worldwide, including Canada. Each piece is carefully prepared to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Why do some listing photos show the Sugarberry logo instead of Sūtura?

Some designs were originally photographed under our previous brand, Sugarberry Co. The pieces themselves are made by the same hands, with the same quality and attention to detail. Sūtura represents the evolved, luxury direction of our work. New items and updated photos will carry the Sūtura branding.

Can you recreate a design from another shop or designer?

No. We do not copy other designs. However, if you have a specific style or concept you love, we can collaborate to create a custom piece that reflects your vision while maintaining the quality and standards of Sūtura.

Will colors look exactly the same in person?

Slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences. Ordering swatches is recommended for complete confidence in your selection.

Sūtura vs. Suttura

You may notice both “Sūtura” and “Suttura” listed on Etsy. Sūtura is the official and correct brand name. The alternate spelling appeared due to how the shop was initially registered. Both listings refer to the same carefully curated pieces, and all items are genuine Sūtura designs, created with the same attention to detail and elevated luxury standards. Updates to listings are ongoing to ensure the correct spelling is reflected consistently for clarity.
